Here you'll be in good hands with the presence of Danny Lee, Lauren Keenan or Beáta Petényi. You will also be welcomed by the other group members of all experience levels.

Online Plan.
This will be tailored to you and updated on a weekly basis. Each week your training is sent to you, regardless of whether you are coming to all the group sessions or not, this is done so that if you do miss any sessions you can catch up in your own time. Or, if you only sign up for 1 session a week you can still progress as quickly as the others.
Access to Online Groups.
Here you can enjoy the company and support of the other team members and myself.
Private Sessions.
These come as separate to the group sessions, but if you feel like you need a little more attention than these can help you.

We have Powerlifting Groups on most days throughout the week.
Monday - 5pm and 6.30pm with Danny Lee
Tuesday - 6pm with Beáta
Wednesday -5pm and 6.30pm with Danny Lee

Do I need Experience? -
In a word - no.
Whether you're lifting the bar or setting records, you'll be welcomed in our team.

Do I Need To Compete? -
The group is made for those interested in competing. You don't have to compete a set amount of times per year, or within a certain time, but you have to have an interest in doing so.
I lift with a different federation, can I still train with you? -
Yes.
As long as you're upfront about any drug use, you're free to join.

I don't think I'm strong enough to do this. When will I be ready? -
Without doubt, this is the most common objection to competing. However, once you go to watch a competition or meet other lifters you realise that no one is judging you on this. It is truly the most supportive sport you will find, you could be lifting just the bar or about to beat someone but everyone in that room will be cheering you on.
What if I'm a complete beginner and scared of groups?
In that case, this might be an idea for you.
