With the expansion from powerlifting coaching to a full Barbell Club we're delighted to announce that we are the host of PR House Coaching as a British Weightlifting Affiliated Club.
Our Olympic Weightlifting coach is Beáta Petényi. An accomplished competitor in Olympic Weightlifting, as well as Powerlifting, with a British Weightlifting Level 2 qualification to her name.
Whether you're a beginner who doesn't know how to clean & jerk or snatch, or a lifter with experience who just wants more from their training, you will be welcome here.
Our coaches offer Group Coaching sessions, Beginner Classes, Private and Online coaching to meet you were you're at in your Weightlifting journey.

I enquired about Olympic weightlifting, knowing nothing at all about the sport. I was treated the same as everyone else from the very first session. The coaches break every movement down for you and why it has to be done a certain way, even if you dont get it the first time they will repeat it until it clicks for you. You have full support from the coaching staff and people you train with. The energy in the gym is the best no bad aura. Everyone is there to become a better version of themselves.
