Sunday Strength Hour is for people wanting to get stronger, or just practice strength training in a PT-led environment.

Classes vs Group Coaching.
With our classes you will come in and be coached through a 60 minute session by one of our coaches. And that's all, that's the commitment.
You have the choice to do Pay As You Go, Pay Per Month or Pay Per Month plus Membership.
All Access Passes available soon too!
The Group Coaching options are more specific with Powerlifting or Weightlifting, and you receive an online plan to follow for the whole programme too.
