Group Coaching.
This is easily our most popular option for coaching. We offer this in both Powerlifting and Weightlifting - whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced. All levels are welcome.
What You Get.
All of our Group Coaching options come with -
- 1-3 Group Sessions per week (groups of uptown 6)
- An online plan to follow (with weekly updates, check ins, etc)
- Gym Membership in an NWPL, EPA and BWL affiliated gym.
