Hello all!
I thought I’d share a bit about myself in advance of this session.
I’m sure some of you guys are aware but I’m Grace and I’m a yoga instructor, personal trainer and powerlifting coach based in Formby/ Liverpool. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018 after returning from India which is where I did my training. I started powerlifting in 2019 and since then have loved practicing and sharing both.
I really do think the two go very well together and I’m sure you’re all well aware of the benefits of including mobility and flexibility training into your own training.
In this first session we will focus largely on the lower body-hammies, adductors and quads. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one plus any yoga props you might have lying around such as yoga blocks or yoga belts. If you don’t have a yoga belt might I suggest a dressing gown cord You’ll leave the session with a robust sequence you can do pre/ post lifting to help maintain your flexibility.
