Soosh.
Soosh is vastly experienced over in the States, with a background in Crossfit and Judo.
He trains like a maniac, but don't let that put you off. He's well aware that not everyone wants to train like that.
Most of Soosh's clients are people who want to get into strength training, or coming back from injury, without any real sport specific goals.

Katie.
Katie is our newest coach here at the Barbell Club. She was a member and client of ours for a number of years and has gone on to do her Level 3 in Personal Training and then went on to do our Barbell Club Coaching Mentorship.
So far, Katie's clients are mainly people wanting to train during quieter times with a focus on general fitness and health.
As well as this Katie, also runs our Sunday Strength Hour - 6pm-7pm every Sunday.
