Online Coaching.
We have a number of Online Coaching options available. Each one is dependant upon how much support you think you will need throughout your training.
Basically, the level of support you need will define which option is best for you.
- You can go for the Guided Powerlifting option, which will involve a weekly update and check in but with less support than the next option.
- Or you could go fully online. This involves 1:1 coaching from one of our coaches with a training plan, a weekly update and support throughout the week from your coach.

Why Go Online?
For most people it will be because they want to work with my coaching specifically but they are too far away to commit to in person or group sessions.

We currently have two coaches on the roster here at Danny Lee Fitness, myself and James Kennedy.
If you go for the Guided Powerlifting option you will be overseen by both of us in some capacity, but mainly by James.
If you go for the Online Coaching option, then it is your choice of coach.

The £100.00 option gives you a more personalised plan, as well as a more frequent check in. It also allows for you to contact your coach more frequently.

Guided Powerlifting is more for those who know how to powerlift but just need the programming and guidance to see them through.
If you're confident with the powerlifts and know your way around the gym the Guided option is for you.
However, if you need a bit more help, assistance and maybe some nutrition work then the £100.00 option is the one for you.

I have a number of clients based in Liverpool who do online coaching but like to do one or two private sessions per month in order to see where they're at. If this option is for you then get in touch and let me know.
