Nutrition is often the missing tool in the arsenal of most competitive powerlifters. With specific, focused nutrition a powerlifter can take their performance up to the next level, they will also find that they can stay in, or around, their weight class more comfortably - without having to take any drastic cuts (of weight, fat or water).
The Options.
All of the options are online. You can either do it alongside your training programme with me, or just go for one or the other.
This does mean that current powerlifting clients will be able to get a discount.
The nutritional support you receive will be tailored to you and you specifically. Your calories and macronutrients will be catered to you - you won't just be receiving what everyone else does.
If your goals are to go up a weight class and get extra strong, great - we can set that up.
Or if you want to cut down and maintain/improve strength - we'll do that too.
You might even want to just stay at roughly the same weight class but improve performance - we can instill the habits and practices you need to do so.

How it Works.
Once you get in touch I will send you a form - this form will cover where you are at the moment, what your goals are (both short and long term goals), what kind of habits you have in place, and, what kind of habits you'd like to build. This form is designed to get you a plan as closely tailored to you as possible.
Once this is in place we will discuss your goals and set you habits, practices and maybe direct calories and macronutrients in order to reach your target.
For you to stay on track you will have access to myself and a group chat to help you out for support/advice along with a weekly check in so that we can see if anything needs changing.
