What it is.
Group coaching is where like minded people can experience training in a small group, of up to 6 people.
They started in 2016 as a once per month group, and then gradually expanded into 6 separate groups on throughout the week.

What You Get.
You can get between 1-3 sessions per week with the group which will be based around a plan written exclusively for you.
This plan will be updated on a weekly basis and also accounts for sessions you do outside the group in order to ensure continued progress.
You will also be part of a community of people who support you and may even help with any questions you might have.
